Meal planning etc

Tonight we had leftover tuna pasta and veg. The rest of the week looks like this, roughly:
-toad in the hole with veg
-peanut butter noodles
-bacon, veg, tomato and soft cheese casserole
-bolognaise or chilli
-leftovers

    Hey, we're having peanut noodles tonight! Smile NT used to make toad in a hole for us with vegetarian sausage ... haven't had that for a while! He'd make bubble and squeak and red wine gravy to go with it. I'd never had any of those things before he came along.

    Egg in a basket -- cut a circular piece out of a slice of bread, butter it and place in a frying pan, crack an egg open and place in the hole, fry it and flip to do the same on the other side. In my family, we call it Rocky Mountain Toast.
