Meal planning

I've just done an online shop which is getting delivered on Friday (payday). Before that, I done a meal plan:

-slow cooker pulled pork
-black bean tacos with salsa and guacamole
-pulled pork carbonara
-pizza
-Mediterranean spiced pasta

I'm also going to try baking an orange loaf cake for the first time, and banana bread.

    Our guys love CP pulled pork but it always leaves me with leftovers. I've learned I can reprise leftover meat, sauce and shredded cabbage coleslaw into other entrees without causing negative groans of despair. An Omelette is delicious with snips of pulled pork whisked/incorporated. With a cup of rice cooked the night before adding soya sauce + leftover sauce, is effective with fried rice & any veggies at hand. Spanish rice or modified Jambalaya is nearly instant, when adding diced tomato . Leftovers raise boxed or home made Mac 'n Cheese to special [treat] level casserole. There is so such thing as pork cacciatore or cassoulet unless you have leftover pulled pork & sauce at hand.
