On a bit of a downer

We used the credit card to buy tools and furniture. We only done it because the furniture that hubby ordered was going to be delivered in November. November. We can't wait that long. So now hubby is going to cancel his £500 order. And we've added about £200 to my credit card.

I took my car to the garage. £477 due next week when they have the part in. Ouch.

I'm stressing about the fact we've used the credit card, even though hubby is helping me pay it off. We should be getting rid of debt now, not adding to it. Ugh.

And to top it all off I'm feeling crap today, last thing I want to do is have dinner at in-laws, but we are.

    Well, at least the tools lead to savings over the 500 pound order, right? You will be ok, it is not easy to prepare for a baby! Hang in there and you will have some insurance that things will even out soon... good luck!

    Major life changes come with unexpected expenses. Don't beat yourself up about it! It'll work out.
