Well I received a reply:
Thank you for your message.
I appreciate that you pay more than the minimum payment each month and have never missed any payment on your account. Please continue doing the same as this will help you to improve your credit rating. However, I'm unable to review the current interest rates on your account at the moment. Please be assured that we do review the interest rates on a periodic basis and will let you know in writing if we are able to offer you a lower interest rate in the future.
If you have any other queries, please send us a further secure message.

Since they will notice that you can 'afford' to pay more than the minimum, it won't be surprising if they raise your credit limit to tempt you further into debt so you can pay them a higher minimum.

Just thinking about that would keep the card in my pocket when I would otherwise pull it out for something unnecessary.
In the meantime, I'd be looking around for cards with no fees, lower rates, and better rebates. Whichever way I got out from under that card, the email and photo would definitely be sent to the company along with a big, fat, "I'll never do business with your company again."
