Our electric company sent us 12.00 to top up electricity today. It couldn't have came at a better time (week before payday) I've been to the post office and cashed it already.
Hope you'll stick to the plan and remain determined to pay down debt in spite of the upcoming opportunities for more spending. Since you didn't expect to receive a rebate from electric, I'll cheer whatever debt you choose to reduces rather than spend! Does DH have opportunities for more work hours ? I so wish he'd step up.
