Tonight:
Chilli con carne (from freezer) with rice
Cheesy vegetable pasta for J

Tomorrow:
Sweet chilli chicken (freezer) with rice/noodles and veg
Frittata for kids

Sunday:
Silverside with potatoes and mixed veg

Other meals:
Pork chops with potatoes and veg
Meatballs and spaghetti
Macaroni and cheese
Leftovers

    I looked up silverside -- in the U.S. we call that cut a rump roast. But according to Wikipedia, in the UK it can also be another word for corned beef. Are you making corned beef on Sunday?

    All your meals sound good!
